Well plain rice is fine but sometimes I prefer to have something besides plain rice. I found on Allrecipes.com a recipe for “Crab Fried Rice” by Karnjana. This recipe looked simple enough for me and although it takes a bit longer than plain rice to make. I would like to also try it with shrimp and other seafood as well. For me, I skipped the cilantro and made less onions and chopped them up finer so the taste was weaker. For me, this type of rice recipe could be like a meal and just add some additional fruits and vegetables.
